Default seemingly severe SD

New here. Hello everyone. This month, the seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp is excessive. Some months, I get fiery, burning, red patches next to my nose; that happens around my cycle but only about twice per year. My scalp is usually right near the margins and not bad. This month it is horrible. WHY?

Other info that may be helpful:

35 year old
hypothyroid
alleged PCOS (although not bad)
5'2", 122 pounds
dark circles under eyes
no known allergies
sensitive to cold
crave sun and warmth
extremely light sleeper
have some anxiety
happy disposition, generally
lately irritable, short fuse, impatient
like sweets but also put salt on my food
vegetarian diet
exercise regularly
stable home life
have 2 children, both natural births
am on allopathic drugs right now, but trying to get off (for thyroid)
based on my early study, am almost 100% tubercular miasm with underlying psoric
sweat sometimes even when cold
get hot at night sometimes
very tired between 3 pm and 6 pm.

Anything else that would be helpful? Thanks in advance for any insight.

PANNAKKAL
Default

You have listed 2 to 3 chronic complaints along with your symptoms.
the best thing you have to do is to be treated under an expert instead of self treatment or hearsay treatment.
The condition above mentioned need detailed study and prolonged reatment.

Cool Fatique

Ask your doctor about prescribing Cytomel, which has proved as an effective supplement to your Levoxyl or other meds for thyroid.
