My face is 60% better. I don't eat fried food but was eating a high fat diet. It is hard changing, but I am working at it. I will give myself a few months and if not all better will get further assistance.

Hi. I am back. The redness and rawness is gone from my face. Well I have areas now of fresh clear skin on my cheeks. Can't get my whole face clear though. Small white heads still crop up during the night. I have worked with a homeopath and gone back to when I was two years old and was abandoned. My mother left! My dad had to get babysitters while he worked. After many years of being stuck there I now feel that I have progreesed futher back to when I was in the womb I was not wanted and that I should have died. I am now excepting that I am OK and don't need the messed up face anymore. I am struggling with the issue of eating healthy food as I like all the other stuff.

Through the years I have been given many remedies each by themself. The homeopath reviewed all my remedies I had taken and said he needed to do another complete case history with me for two hours. He took a week to find the remedy for me. He decided on Sepia 1M. I immediately felt mentally better. Two months later I took Sepia 10M and for the first time in my life I was able to wake up in the morning and feel OK. Now I am actually happy when I get up in the morning. It is so new and wonderful and different. I never felt like this in my whole life. I am almost 70 years now.
