Arsenicum Sulphuratum Flavum is the standard homeopathic remedy for Vitiligo. Depending upon other symptoms, an intercurrent remedy may be used. Unani Medicine has the best record in successfully treating Vitiligo. If the cosmetic aspects are not involved, it is better not to bother about vitiligo, since it is non-infective and it doesn't usually affect the general health.

Sil is one of the remedy.There are so many remedies and I had written in'discussion'(topic named 'vitiligo') forum in this site, some 8 month ago about it in detail.So many examples of treated cases and remedy details are also explained in topic named 'vitiligo'.Try to search that.If you fail to get please inform me.

Good Morning. Since vitiligo is a genetic disease simply tissue remedies cannot help any patient. Some antipsoric remedies may be helpful. During my clinical practice I always start the case with sulpher cm. Ars.S. Fl, and Hydrocotyle sometimes do well. Some other remedies would be selected according to area and colour of the skin.
