Default allergy?

my skin right below my lips are getting itchy whenever the weather is cold. but when come summertime it doesn't itch. is this an allergy?

May be due to the oversensitiveness of the skin to the cold.

Dear Penny
In chinese medicine the face has various organ connections.
Example the nose=heart organ
cheeks= lungs
under the eyes= kidneys
mid forehead=liver
in your case under the lips (chin area)= reproductive organs
So it might not be so simple
there is perhaps a connection,make an appt with a homeopath

there might be an imbalance in that area of your body.
for example when females get their menses many break out with pimples/acne in this area of the chin/under your lips.
