Hello, I've been on BB for many years. Into homeopathy since l976, Im 5.3", l25 lb. 85 years young, active, zestful, caring person who puts in a full day 8-llPm and sleeps very well every other nite. Eat mostly veggies, fruits, tofu, and do lots of good exercise, dancing, garden,and only take one RX, which is Thyrolar for thyroid since l986. I have two murmers, Mitral Prolapse and auto.
Have a cyst for 4 yrs. on left side of neck, inch below the chinbone. the Doc's say forget about it,I don't like the idea that it has grown from a green pea size to a marble during these yrs. I've checked my books, and most remedies are for things that have puss, etc. This is dry, no drainage at all. All I could find was Merc. Iod. Rubar for hard papules. This is supposed to be to a point according to dictionary. Mine is round unless the point is underneath. It does not hurt unless it is pressed or pulled. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. you are very active even in this young age!
if the cyst is very hard you can think calc flour too in low potency.there are many types of cysts and most of them are not serious.usually it occur by obstruction of some glands(sebacious,dilatation of acini in thyroid,cogenital,acquired or parasitic etc,etc...).pus will come only when infection occur.usually cyst contains porridge like or tooth paste like matter.please don't touch or pull it always.look for any black dots on it.

Hello everyone. The skin doctors say its nothing, just a cyst.He pulled it in examination.When I asked for more details, got none other than don't worry about it. I am concerned because it has grown,and is about 3/4 inch from the Carotid vessels on left side. Like how do we know what it is attached to?? Can it grow large enough next 5 yrs. to put pressure on the Carotid nerve.? No black marks that I can see,I'm not concerned with cosmetic appearance. I read Kent on Cal. Fluo and it fits to the point wherein I am a cold, and a weather concerned person.I am growing cataracts slowly, still have very good eyesight, 20/25, only use cheap magnifying glasses if light is bad or tired with dry eye problems.My question is it a tumor,gland ?? or does it not matter??. Is 12x low enough, thats what I have on hand.? Are we expecting it to disappear from inside or will it erupt from outside?? I take Cal. Fluo 12x about every other week,in addition to Nat.Phos for constipatiion. Somehow every other week, there about, I get constipated. Do you think this caused it? Proving itself with a 12x???
Might also mention this past week I am on 200c Arnica almost daily for pain, as I have a nerve in my tooth that is dying and not wanting to pull or do root canal at this time.As doc's. want me to take antibiotics because of murmers.also taking non/alcoholic Echinacea mouth rinse.and use a daily hamamelis ointment for hemorrhoids.

Hi Dorothy,

Sorry to hear about the toothache. You may find that Hypericum works better than Arnica because Hypericum is usually for nerve pain and Arnica for muscle pain.

Probably you could ring up the doc and aks him what type pof a syst he thought it was. Cos if its growing, its good to know what it is and if a remedy could help. NO harm in asking him. Pannakal gave a few hints.

I think we'll have to settle for e-hugs for the moment, I know.
