Can anyone please help my friend. She is very distressed and becoming desperate
because of her skin. A few weeks ago a small red patch appeared on one breast.
This gradually got bigger, became yellow crusty looking and was circular (she thinks
about 2cm) The crust then began to weep and came off but a thinner yellow crust
formed. (it was not like pus) The area around is bright red and hot.

A few days later she got a red very itchy rash on her arms and body. The itching was
intense and after scratching became bigger, slightly scaly looking and some oozing
yellow. The doctor diagnosed scabies (although he said it was unusual not to have
the rash on hands and fingers and she had not been in contact with scabies as far as
she knew) He prescribed a lotion for the scabies which she has now used twice,
antibiotics for the sore area on her breast and an appointment with the breast clinic
for what he called the “lesion” on her breast.

Meanwhile the area on her breast became moist again, lost the crust and reformed a
thinner yellow crust. A small area has appeared on the other breast and looks just
like the other one when it started. The rash on her back and tops of arms is very bad
and has turned into red raised areas. some joined together. Where she has scratched,
there are yellowish brown scabs. Her skin is burning hot and she says she feels as
though her skin is “prickling” and that her back will crack Both her ear lobes are
cracked and producing what I think is histamine. When she went back to the doctor,
he just said that the itching would take several weeks to disappear. She is now very
distressed with the itching, trying not scratch and now her skin is so sore. She is
desperate and is now taking antihistamine to try to get some relief from the itching.
She is burning hot. Can anyone help us please.

She is fair skinned and fair haired and has always had a sensitive skin. When we get
bitten by midgies, her reaction is the size of a golf ball and weeps histamine for days.
She has several times had contact dermatitis and has had reactions to things she has
eaten. She also has to be very careful with plants, chemicals, soap etc. Always wears cotton clothes etc.

Can any of you wonderful clever people suggest homeopathic treatment which would
help her. She is suffering such discomfort and is miserable. She is normally quite a
strong person, but I can see that this is getting her down. She has cried several times.
She is not getting her sleep for the itching. The only relief she gets is to go out in the cool air. I am hopeful that someone can help us.

I am not a homeopath. You need to have expert advice. However, last autumn I had what seem, according to your description similar symptoms and it was poison ivy! All you need to do is get a little oil on you and if you happen to take a bath, the little oil spreads all over the body and voila, it's poison ivy everywhere horrors! That's what introduced me to homeopathy and this BB. Has your friend worked outside, gone to a park, or even had a branch of a tree which had come into contact with the oil, touch her? The oil stays harmful for many years. If it is poison ivy, homeopathy can help. Do not supress the weeping sores with the over the counter remedies. Cool showers helped me. Calamine lotion helped, but do not use caladryl lotion.

Also, the first (allopathic)doctor who looked at my case did not know what it was. When I told him what the dermotologist later diagnosed, he said that in the Country he came from they did not have poison ivy. So he was unfamiliar with the symptoms! Figure that!

Homeopathy works. Try it.

The Basic Principle of Homeopathy is to treat the Patient, not the disease. The patient has narrated only her physical symptoms which is not enough for the Homeopathy to select Appropriate medicine. So kindly narrate your state of mind and state of being which alone can cure not only your physical ailments but also your state of disposition and mind.

Thank you!

thankyou for replies
For Vanangamudi
state of mind - at the moment, she is distressed and weepy because of her skin, but normally she is strong minded, intelligent, positive, very loving, independent, patient, does not lose her temper easily
state of being - she likes fresh air, prefers to be outside, likes to be cold rather than hot, does not like strong spices, she is not the "sporty" type, likes animals, likes natural things.

I cannot think of anything else to put, but if there is anything else you want, I shall ask her.

Regards,
Morag

Mr. Morag,
The things you mentioned about the state of mind and being is enough and we could able to come to a solution.
If you are mentioning about her Country(Climatic Condition), Age, No. of Children(s), Bath-hot or cold, Taste, Menses Problems(Period), Family Planning.
If any Life Disappoinment?
Any Mental Worries - Why and when and she behaves in that state?
When(how many months back) the Skin problem started?
what was the initial state of it(Physical) and Mental behavior at that time?

We found in to Kali and calc seeing
a small red patch appeared on one breast and thinner yellow crust...
Puls on seeing
cool air..

But we'd like to erode from the root(ie., cause for the physical eruption). So pls give the above detail.

Regards

Thee rooth is tuberculinum, and if finding the whole materia media in the picture, then why ask for more than you need or understand, learn real homeopathy, insted of persuading phantasy.
There are also a lot of natrium sympt her, but when getting a mix picture, you get Tuberculinum, and if Pulsatilla dont work, in three days, its time to use one dose sulphur x12 or 30, and after a day, then use one dose Tuberculinum CM.

To VANANGAMUDI
I have got the details you ask:-
Age 52
2 children
likes cool baths
taste: no particular preferences, likes most things, loves fruit
no period problems
no family planning
Life Disappointment: lost son, lost husband. but is a happy person, helps others and takes life as it comes
No particular mental worries
The skin outbreak seemed to come as a result of the scabies.
She has been distressed by the intense itching. When her skin broke out, she was upset. The visits to the Doctor made her more upset and achieved nothing. Her skin was also very sore and made her tense. She has not been sleeping well (normally no problems) - waking up because of the itching and her skin so sore.
Before the scabies she was very well.
Thankyou for your interest.
