Thanks GM. I am still waiting for the clematis to arrive at the health food store. The rash and itch keep getting better. For the past few months I notice after eating certain foods, such as chocolate which I crave in the evening, I get a sour taste in my mouth. Is this due to the intestine flora/bacteria you mentioned? I really appreaciate your help. I can see you are very busy from reading the posts listed in other topic areas. Thank you again.

Dear GM thank you. The health food store called and said there are three types of clematis. They want to know which one. Since my rash is getting less and less itchy maybe I will not take the clematis. I don't know what to do. I take organic yogurt everyday. I do not have unusual amounts of gas. But I still get very tired, maybe my system needs rest to heal after such terrible poison ivy and that bad cough. You might be right, maybe the recent rash was/is a virus. My sister told me she had a virus last year with a rash. I teach elementary school and the students often come to school sick. I put some fresh aloe under my tongue, maybe that will help my intestines until I know better what to do. Thank you.
