That's a good one, Nancy .

Are you sure you want to present that heap of nonsense as evidence for homeopathy?

With friends like Milgrom, you need no enemies.

Dr.Milogram is a good friend of homeopathy and homeopaths. Do you envy him or homeopathy?

Neither. I pity you if such people are your best friends. I don't suppose you will understand that, but the article you linked to is pure and unadulterated pseudoscience. What you should be able to see is that he presents absolutely zero evidence. Thus, it should be evident that it is all speculation.

Short comment:

1) Very small mumber of patients. I notice they claim statistical significance; I haven't checked their calculations, but symptom/no symptom is clearly an attribute measurement, and you can't get the claimed siginificance levels on attribute measurements with such a small n.

2) They claim that there is no overlap of symptoms, but when you read the descriptions of the experienced symptoms it is obviously untrue. Several symptom reports in each group are so similar that they could easily be assigned to another group. This unfortnately leads me to suspect that the result could somehow have been subjectively evaluated.

3) It is not published in a recognized medical journal.

Nancy, I have already told you I can't spend time studying reports you are not willing to discuss. That you now post them one by one makes no difference.

I looked at this one because the setup sounded interesting and because it was relatively recent, however, I am generally going to continue ignoring your posts. Should you (or anybody else) want to discuss one of these reports seriously, start by reading it and posting your comments, I will then join.
