Default poodle that took antibiotics for a month

Hi. I have been reading this forum for some time, but this is my first post.
I am a vet student, and I live in Mexico. I treat myself with homeopathy, but there are only 2 vet homeopaths in Mexico, so it has been difficult to treat my dogs with homeopathy. I am trying to read a lot and learn, so that in the future I can dedicate myself to this type of medicine. I have been asking my homeopath lotīs of questions, but I still have lotīs of them
I hope you can help me...

My questions are...
I have a female poodle that was very sick a month ago. She cut herself and got a terrible infection. I gave her echinacea, and the vet gave her 3 antiobiotics. The week after, she had to have a terrible surgery. They removed a lot of tissue, and the incision was really deep. I then gave her arnica, calendula and staphysagria. She healed really quickly (a lot quicker than what the vets expected).
In total, she took 4 different antibiotics for a whole month. She also took pain killers and something to protect her stomach. The pain killers were suspended 2 weeks ago, and the antibiotics were suspended last week. I am still giving her arnica, calendula and staphysagria, but will stop this week
I have started giving her a bit of youghurt and a product with Lactobacillus casei .

I would like to give her something to help her detoxify of so many medicines, and maybe something to boost her immune system.
My questions are:
1) Do you think I should give her something to detoxify and help her clean her organism? She isnīt sick, she is animated, she is starting to live her life normally again, she is eating well, and she is happy. But still, she took too many medicines for a long time. I donīt know if it is ok to give her homeopathic medicine to prevent something that might happen, or if I should wait to see if she develops any problems. She is a bit "needy" (more than usual), and a bit scared of everything...as if things impressed her more than before....those are the only changes I can percieve in her.
2) Do you think I should give her something to boost her immune system?
3) I had thought about Nux Vomica...do you think this would be the correct remedy? Which one would you recommend?

Thank you very much for the help you might give me....I will really appreciate it,
Mariana
