Unhappy Cat won't eat

We fostered kittens last year and kept one, her name is Skitty. We fostered again this year and just adopted the boy out. Our cat Skitty has, since yesterday, been refusing to eat, drink, play, or act her normal self. This is a cat who is normally very loud (she has a cute meow though), playful, loving, and adorable. She is not liked by any cat in the house but the foster kittens adore her.
We only have one foster kitten atm and Skitty just won't do anything. We just had a cat end up at the vet after I noticed his refusing to move, sitting in a corner, and curled up in a ball. When i tried to move him he freaked and we learned he had a wound on his back. Skitty lets me pick her up, doesn't wince, and just is a lazy lump in my arms really. No pain anywhere that I notice.
I don't know what to do. No vet here is open on the weekends so I'll take her Monday if she's still the same. Any ideas? Do you think she is just depressed about the kitten? He often suckled her paws and slept with her.
