Default I do know this

I do know this. I am not a vindictive person but I will recommend people
NOT get involved with this forum unless there is reconcilliation with Wim.

May the Lord Jesus

Will Wim be going to another forum? What about the animal's... They need him?

He was just helping me with my cocker.
Please resolve the problem for the sake of the animal's. They suffer enough!

you are right. the animals suffer enough. There is a lot of descrimination against animals. Even more than against any human race. The birds here are being left homeless and without food because of the new houses and my kitten was shot at with a firearm. Too many animals get lethal injections because humans don't want them or don't want to waste money on getting them well.

ANIMALS SUFFER A LOT MORE THAN HUMANS.

THE ANIMALS NEED WIM

And we need whoever deleted the threads in this manner to respond so wim can be allowed to continue to help the animals.

I'M AFRAID THAT WITHOUT WIM MY KITTEN'S LIFE AS WELL AS THAT OF OTHER ANIMALS WILL BE CUT SHORT

Hi everyone,

Thanks for all your comments regarding the deletion of some of Wim's posts from the forums.

I am also a moderator here and am responding on Jon's behalf as he is extremely busy with other projects at the moment.

Clearly this is quite an emotive subject for everyone and I would like to clarify a few points in order to provide a better understanding of what actually happened and the reasoning behind the actions we took:

1. Above all, Wim has been a highly valued contributor to this board over the past few months. We have always appreciated his helpful attitude and the contribution he has made to the forums, in particular the Pets and Animals section. Indeed, this was evidenced by the fact that we were very happy to have him on board when he offered to become a moderator for the forums.

2. Over the past week, some of board's members contacted us and expressed concerns that the it was difficult to keep track of the daily posts as there were a large of number of posts being made by Wim each day.

3. We investigated further and found that the posts in question mainly consisted of a single link to an external site, which contained information about the topic in question. There were no other posts from any other users to these threads and we received complaints that there was little point in a thread being simply a link to another site. This they pointed out was meant to be a discussion board and not a link site.

4. We felt it was important to restore the look of the board as a discussion board as a matter of urgency by deleting these posts. If any of Wim's posts had been replied to, they were not deleted.

5. Clearly some of you strongly disagreed with that decision. The intention however was not to cause offence (although I appreciate that by not contacting Wim first we may have caused this). However, we are actively involved in running a number of other homeopathic initiatives within the community and we do not always have the time to consult on individual decisions such as these.

6. So to summarise, we are sorry that Wim was offended by our actions and of course, we would welcome him back to the board if he should choose to return.

As always your comments (both positive and negative) are welcome.

Kind Regards
Nick

Nick, thanks very much for responding to this problem on John’s behalf. From your post, a few things have become quite clear:

Based upon a few comments that you received, a major decision was made in haste with no more than a cursory investigation and with complete disregard for Wim’s effort and intent.

Let me explain a little further.

What you and the people who complained failed to realize was that many of those new threads Wim posted were germane to an ongoing discussion occurring in another active thread. Wim certainly could have explained this to you if only he had been contacted.

If there were threads that had no connection to ongoing topics, then perhaps Wim would have been happy to have those threads deleted. Of course, this would have required Wim’s input on the subject which you never sought.

Certainly there were many threads that did not yet have replies! Perhaps you think that most of us access this board several times a day in anticipation of new topics and discussion. No, like you, we have other things to do and it may be days before we are able to return to check out a new thread. There were at least 2 threads deleted that could not have been up for more than about 36 hours at the most.

I’m sure Wim “linked” to older threads on other sites out of convenience for himself. Once again, if Wim had been consulted, perhaps he would have taken the time to copy and repost the information rather than simply providing a link.

Has no one ever explained to you (or John) that it is NEVER a good idea to make big decisions when you are busy and in a hurry? I appreciate the fact that John, you, and the other Moderators are extremely busy. All the more reason to involve the person who has the most knowledge about the subject: Wim.

If your statement that “we are sorry that Wim was offended by our actions” is meant to take the place of a genuine apology for what is clearly a grave error on your part, then perhaps you should be working for the government.

Thank you again for your response and allowing us the opportunity to discuss this further.

Sincerely,

Tracy

DITTO, DITTO, DITTO to everything Tracy said.

Someone was too busy to talk it over with wim and with the rest of us first, but not too busy to delete them.

It sounds like a government employee's excuses to me.

Tracy, you are so diplomatic, but for those who don't have the time to read and understand everything you wrote, let me summarize it in a kind way.

EXCUSES, EXCUSES, etc, etc,

Tracy, you know what will happen if I'm honest about why they deleted the threads.

These sort of issues are always about the ego and lack of love. Ego doesn't like love and love (wim) is a sin in our world.

It is totally disgusting how some humans behave.

Hello, this is Ann speaking,

Thanks Tracy and Pat and all others (Dillweed, Julie, Marin, Habeeba, Andres, Carlene, etc., for your great posts/e-mails. We`re showered with e-mails right now and all of them are very friendly and positive about my husband.

The thing that surprises me most of all is that management is talking ABOUT Wim and not TO/WITH Wim personally. Wim didn`t even get a personal e-mail !

I`d also like the people who supposedly complained about the many helpful links to come forward, but I`m afraid there won`t be any.

Wim spent several hours to carefully select all links and reading them all again first to be sure they were suitable for posting.

Some people/students were in the middle of printing them out, both posts for people and animals.

What a teriible waste deleting these links to threads which also contained former posts written by other members in the past.

Kindest regards from me and Wim,

Ann (Wim`s wife/business minder)

I feel sorry for Wim, but let me remind you that he himself has deleted all his posts from www.homeocurecenter.com, despite being the chief moderator there, on flimsy grounds without informing anybody, including the forum owner.

Now, the forum no longer exists, and I know how much information is lost.

I can understand the reasons behind the admin's actions and support them.No person, however useful his contributions may be, is above the rules, regulations and objectives of the forum.

Murthy

Rules ALWAYS work like this:

THEIR ENFORCEMENTS ARE CONDITIONAL

I did not have time to respond to the many posts that wim had posted. I had many questions to ask him, but I was busy looking for my stolen kitten.

Wim might have been asked to remove the threads at homecure. Maybe that is why he removed them. Maybe he was threatened. We don't have all the facts.

But with this current situation, it is clear to all of us that the ego/love was involved and not rules
