Continuation Bach Rescue Remedy :
This (non-homeopathic) remedy is a combination of Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, Rock Rose, Star of Bethlehem and can also be used for people (also children). It`s an all purpose emergency mixture for shock, terror, panic, emotional upsets (e.g stage fright or when a child is afraid of going to school etc.), examinations, dentistry and other emergencies. May also be externally applied for burns, animal bites and sprains. For people the rescue remedy is taken orally 4-5 drops in water (take small sips with short intervals till improvement) or without water under the tongue (keep the drops under the tongue for a short while). Externally it`s applied either in liquid form or cream form. Sometimes Bach Rescue Remedy is used to revive patients who undergo fainting with acupuncture therapy and for post operative recovery. This remedy is also particularly useful for allaying the anxiety of childbirth. Mind you, the possibilities for using Bach Flower remedies in general are far more limited than for Homeopathy ! Wim

Addition :
Bach Flower remedies are prepared from the flowers of wild plants and none of them are harmful or habit-forming, and as they are benign in their action they can`t result in unpleasant reactions or complications. For more info please see : http://www.preciouspets.org/newslett...icles/bach.htm W.
