I need some recommendations on books for treating dogs and cats with homeopathy including the use of nosodes for negative affects of vaccinations.

That list usually starts with Don Hamilton's "Homeopathic Care for Cats and Dogs" and George Macleod's "Cats: Homeopathic Remedies", although they may not have the information you are looking for with respect to vaccine nosodes.

I recall that Christopher Day is another author to consider.

Minimum also has the following two books on treatment of vaccine damage which might be useful, although they are about humans so probably don't have anything about rabies damage, for instance. (I'm not familiar with them, so these aren't recommendations.)

Yes, I agree....I`d also advise Don Hamilton first of all.....see pages 379-389 for excellent info on vaccination for cats and dogs. (Unfortunately too much to post all of it here)
