Default Sneezing animals.

If your companion sneezes all the time, this sneezing may be associated with a particular allergy or it is caused by sniffing/ inhaling dust. It may also be a symptom of a catarrh, sinusitis, flu etc.

It`s best to see a professional if the sneezing persists.

We can sometimes solve this problem ourselves by giving one of the following remedies :

Gelsemium 30c (or 30k) for sneezing with an unknown cause. Give one dose every hour up to 4 times. Thereafter 4 times daily till distinct improvement. (i.e. stop giving the remedy when you see a clear improvement). Repeat later if necessary.

Allium Cepa 6c (or 6k) for streaming eyes and nose with the modalities better in fresh air and if the animal is hot and thirsty. Give every hour up to 4 doses. Thereafter 4 times daily until distinct amelioration (improvement).

Aconite (Aconitum) 30c (or 30k) for frequent sneezing with nasal congestion as in flu and catarrh. Give one dose every 4 hours (or every 3 hours) up to six doses and stop giving the remedy if you see distinct improvement, but repeat if necessary.

Arsenicum album 30c (or 30k) for painful sneezing which causes rubbing of the nose and if you see a watery discharge.

Wim.
