Default My cat can't see!

Hello, This my first post. My cat just recently went blind. I don't know what to do. He will be 15 years old in Feb '07. Watching him run into things is sad. I believe that spirit can help more than doctors. Maybe someone could tell what to do.

Although it seemed like a sudden blindness, there were other signposts in the past couple of years. I haven't taken him to a vet in years, but his health seems okay. I don't have a lot of confidence in vets' nor do I like to pay for a guess. Maybe I should take him to a vet optomitrist? I think he can see light and dark, when in direct light his eyes will dialate. What do you think?

I think you have to find a vet you can trust! There could be serious reasons why your cat is getting blind. If you have a diagnoses than there is a bigger chance we can try to help you with some alternative remedies.
