Unhappy 15yr old cat. One dilated pupil.

My 15 year old cat (she may be 16) has been slowly losing weight over the last few months. Nothing dramatic but just slowly. I had her to 2 different vets who did blood tests and found nothing abnormal just putting it down to old age. She hasn't got much appetite and that was originally down to bad gums but even now that resolved she still sits with her tongue out often and still doesn't eat much. I have 2 other healthy cats. The last couple of days I thought I noticed a slight droop in one eye. This morning there is a slight but obvious droop and I now notice one eye is more dilated than the other in normal light. Is it possible she had a mini stroke? She is walking around fine and jumping on places like always. She isnt overly drinking water, her motions are fine, no straining, no blood, all as normal. Her fur does look sort of tatty having always been full (she is DSH). I know that I cant put off the inevitable but want to make her as comfy as possible. is there anything at all I can do? Any help or advice appreciated, I can feel myself filling up as I write this ;-(

Default I assume the vets checked her FIV?

One oversized pupil can be a symptom of FIV, but I would have to believe your vets checked for this.
