Unhappy Overgrown beak in budgerigars.

Hello,

Maybe someone knows what rubric one would use for "overgrown beak" in budgerigars?

I give Psorinum regularly to keep my birds' feather fit; and it helps.

But I have a syndrome which comes up at the change of seasons with symptoms of fever, loss of appetite and flesh, poor looking droppings, and a crazy overgrowing of the beak. The fever drags on and the beak grows until the bird dies of exhaustion.

I have tried Opium, Bryonia, Phos, Merc, without touching it. I lose some birds every spring, like this. It is a flock of 20 years standing.

Any ideas appreciated.

Sarah
