Default Dog diagnosed with Staph infection

Our dog, Lady, has been diagnosed with a skin Staph infection by a local allopath and prescribed antibiotics. Lady is 13 years old, a retriever mix, with a congenial personality, a tendency to bark often, and an anxiety disorder to storms, wind, and loud noises stemming from (we think) hurricane experiences 10 years ago. She is very active for her age, but tires easily and only sporadically moves quickly. Although she is friendly and loving to all, her tendency is to not always be in proximity of the family.
Her staph symptoms include no noticable itching or pain sensitivity, and multiple round, red, dime-sized bare areas on the skin with hair loss in crusy tutfts. Many remedies seem appropriate but none exactly so. Any advice would be welcome.

Consitutionally she sounds like the Phosphorus type. First treat the Staph infection. I don't have a suggestion for this currently other than post on abchomeopathy dot com and see if one of the doctors says anything. Or maybe someone else from this forum will have a suggestion.
