Cat with sore mouth

My middle aged cat has a swollen lip - if you can describe it that way, and I think sore gums on that side. He has a history of gingivitis but eats TD biscuits now. I am trying Apis 30. Does anyone have any experience of this ?

My cat used to get sore gums etc and used to react favourably to merc.

Does the cat have much salivation?

Has the vet checked her out ?

Oh thank you. Unfortunately it has turned out to be a growth. Not much hope of any cure.
