Does anyone have any suggestions for a domestic rat, 2 years old (elderly), who has had a large but soft-appearing fatty tumor growing under his front legs. It now is so large that his whole torso is taken up by the growth. His white fur has turned yellow, suggesting liver involvement, & his eyelids are somewhat swollen. He has become very aggressive--I spoon feed him and he rushes at the spoon savagely, biting on it, but his appetite is good. No observable thirst. I tried Conium Maculatum, and Rescue Remedy, but don't know what else to do, other than euthanize him because he can't easily move around anymore. Any suggestions would be appreciated. (And "he" is actually a "she".)

no, you misunderstand

That is just the beginnings of a repertorization.

I started posting them.

And you need to find the closest-matching medicine per the requirements of the Law of Similars, not "them."

Don't be in any hurry.

See what I posted at Breast Cancer in the Coffe Shop.

Does this animal have nothing else you notice?

What I am about to write might help save the rat and provide cure. Its worth a try as the only other option you might have is euthanasia. I am only stating what I have read and have no experience in treating anyone as I am not a homeopath.

From the location of the tumor, I assume (for a she rat) its related to the breasts.

For that location, Dr. AUR recommends the following remedies:

Conium, Phosph, Phytolacca, Pulsatilla, Sepia.

Out of these, please see which one fits the rat the most. Then (if you can spare this much time) start the "plussing dose" with 30c potency. Depending on the aggravation, you have to reduce the dose and possibly potency.

PLUSSING DOSE:

WEEK-1&3
In a glass pour eleven tea spoons of water. Then put 3 drops (3 pillules if you have pillules) of the chosen remedy in it and stir it gently.
Feed the rat one tea spoon of the remedy after every 10 minutes. Stir the contents gently before each dose.
In this way, complete 10 tea spoons. It will take you 100 minutes to do this activity.
Leave one tea spoon of remedy+water mixture in the glass for the next day.
On the next day, put 10 tea spoons of water in the same mixture. (Don't put any remedy, it was only to be put the very first day).
Repeat the same exercise (feeding one tea spoon every 10 minutes) that you did the first day and carry over the remaining one tea spoon mixture left in the glass over to the next day. Continue this for 7 days.
On the 7th day, give all the 11 tea spoons (as usual, after 10 minutes intervals).

WEEK-2&4
In the second week, you have to repeat the above activity but the remedy will change and in the 2nd & 4th week you will any of the following nosodes.
If the tumor is soft, then use Carcinosin 30c.
If the tumor is very hard, then use Scirrhinum 30c.

Week 1&3 - plussing dose with the suitable remedy.
Week 2&4 - Plussing dose with the suitable nosode.

Within one month, you should see improvement at any level. I hope it helps.

fitness first,

You're not going to like hearing that the British Kentians introduced so-called "plusing" simply because they misread something Hahnemann said.

I am not aware of the origin of plussing, I read in the book of Dr. AUR (A.U. Ramakrishnan) that he introduced plussing.
