Default bullied cat losing hair on legs

I've got a two-year-old Tonkinese cat, Jasmine, who has been generally very healthy.
However, she's reacted badly to the male kitten we brought into the household last summer and appears to be overgrooming, pulling hair out of her front legs. She's also lost weight recently.
The kitten is a real Alpha Male type, very 'yang' and boisterous and she feels bullied by his dominant behaviour.

Jasmine is an anxious, timid cat who was the only female in a large litter and had to learn to stick up for herself from an early age. It's made her prone to being defensive and 'feisty' when she doesn't always need to be.

She is affectionate and sweet-natured with people she knows but doesn't stick around when strangers visit and avoids children completely.
She sometimes eats her food too quickly in the morning which results in her being sick, but generally she has a decent appetite which makes me think her weight loss was caused by anxiety.
Any ideas? Thank you.
