Question Sneezing Cat

My friend's cat is 10 years old. About 10 weeks ago, she started to sneeze a lot and it appeared that there was some blockage up her nasal passage. There was eventually bloody mucus and slight swelling in her forehead. She took the cat to the vet and eventually they flushed out her nasal passage, took swabs and did tests. She did seem to improve after the flushing, but the problem came back. She has had a few courses of anti-biotics as well. The tests did not show anything unusual. So the vet said as a last resort to try Silica. I gave my friend silica 30c for her cat and after 2 doses, she seemed to improve. About 2 weeks later, the problem came back and she gave her another course of silica 30c and she improved. However, the problem recurred shortly after stopping taking 6 doses. So I gave her Silica 200C, but that has not improved the situation. She stopped after 6 doses and after 1 week, resumed it again. The cat has not improved. It does appear that the sneezing fit starts as soon as she eats and she sneezes continuously for about 2 minutes and then there will be bloody mucus coming out of her nose. she is eating well but she does appear to be losing weight. She now seems to have a lump (of mucus?) in her forehead (between her eyes).

does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do?

May want to have xray done. One of my cats years ago had similar problem, could be tumor which may change homeopathic treatment. The physical lump may actually be an absess (mine had the same lump between the eyes on the forehead which they 1st thought was the tumor but at my insistance they took aspirate and quickly found it was absess) which can be lanced to relieve pressure. My cat started to siezure shortly afterwards and given his age and his unhappy disposition over the past 6 months of constant diagnostics (blood work, xray, ultrasound etc), we called it quits. This was long before I knew about homeopathy. He had also been a diabetic for about 5 years and mysteriously no longer required insulin one day, 2 months later the sinus trouble started.
