Default oral resorptive lesions

Hi,
my cat has been diagnosed with oral resorptive lesions on his teeth. i have consulted two veterinary dentists and they both say the best thing to do is to pull all 30 of his teeth. before i go in for this fairly major procedure, i just wanted to check here to see if anyone has any alternative suggestions - homeopathic or otherwise. i have given him some homeopathic remedies, calc-phos and merc sol, and am wondering if there is anything else i can do?
