Default taking an acute case by telephone

I am interested in the list opinion on taking a case by telephone if it is impossible to actually see the case for
a few weeks. If there are new recent symptoms that fit a remedy, treating the acute crisis. then seeing the case later and finding the true similimum. A very classical homeopath tells me this is a wrong wrong wrong, because I can not look in the throat
and can not hear the voice. even though I got very detailed descriptions of both. Must the child go untreated for 2 weeks
to fit some very high standard. Not treating the acute could in my opinion send the child to an allopath.
If you agree with the classical position could you please explain why, this is forcing me to go read the organon again.
A large percentage of cases I take seem to show what I would consider cure. Is it not that classical homeopath's just feel to important to be bothered. I am of course in agreement when it comes to a well taken case, and one remedy at a time,
Peace, Mike

Hering's three-legged stool: One unusual, strange symptom 1. physical,
2. mental, 3. emotional. If you can discern that, you can be pretty
well be assured of a correct remedy. It's easy to make homeopathic
prescription difficult, it needn't be.

Many of us treat patients by phone all the time.
Why make the child suffer just because one homeopaths says no.

This isn't a classical position.

Take the case and help the child.
