Abha Light Foundation continues to help the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP, Refugees) in Kenya after the post-election violence that has wracked the country. Tho most of the violence has decreased, there are about 1/2 million displaced persons who have lost everything of their home and possessions and now have no job or place to go.

ALF is a sister-partner NGO with AMURT/AMURTEL <www.amurt.net>.

ALF offers alternative medicine (homeopathy, acupuncture) to those in need of immediate medicine in these circumstances. Our medicine is also addressing the mental effects of distress and fear these people are facing.

I'd like to direct you to the latest slide show photos of our relief work in Kibera Slum and Kikuyu Town. We are doing work now in Kibera slum, Haruma slum, Kikuyu, Juja and other towns.
