Default Interesting homeopathy discussion at skeptics' website

Dear Friends,
If you want to see and/or participate in an interesting discussion by severe skeptics of homeopathy, go to the website of James Randi (the magician who hates homeopathy and everything "not normal"). You might learn how the anti-homeopathy people think and write.
I couldn't help but participate, and it won't be hard to figure out who I am (I do not sign my name as Dana Ullman). Although people know that it is me, they do not yet know the real meaning of my pseudonym...and wait until they find out!
There is a fair amount of material (back and forth dialogue), and not too surprisingly, it is hundreds of them against one of me. I'm trying to sharpen my teeth in dealing with various skeptics, and I am actually enjoying my efforts in writing to skeptics, though they are so hardened and so crazed that I haven't broken them down yet...but I'm working at it.

I think that some of the most interesting dialogue has taken place in the very beginning and at the end of the 3rd page and the new material on the 4th page.

By the way, unless you can speak some of their scientific language, I do not recommend participating in their discussion, though there is still lots to say when they make their many unfounded ill-informed statements.

If any of you want to express personal feedback to me, I'm open to it. You are welcome to email me directly here (dullman (AT) igc (DOT) org).

Wow Dana, Good Luck!
I just skimmed a bit (tho what I see is not divided into pages, so not
sure where the "good stuff" might be), and it looks like just what one
would expect--they are posturing rather than discussing, and don't
actually want to find out anything new. Sad, but not unusual...

Most of the threads I have seen there start with the premise that the originator of the thread needs advice on how to talk a friend out of using homeopathy, even if that friend seems to be benefitting from it. Very little "discussion" occurs. Mostly people with very closed minds, and some likely paid to take a rabidly anti-homeopathic stance. Heaven forbid someone's "lying eyes" should lead them to accept homeopathy as real. Thanks for taking it on, Dana.
