AMEN to that! Having spent most of my adult life in countries (various
African and North African countries and Russia) where all sorts of
information/knowledge is or at least was treasured, hoarded, and dispensed
only when absolutely necessary, I feel very strongly about this one. I hope
now, a number of years into the internet age, that it is not so, but I did
