Can somebody plz tell me how can I die without pain , plz provide me with the sure shot way of dying

Carbon monoxide is not easily available in mkt . n consuming rat poision can be dangerous coz what if I survived ,I have heard ppl. Become lame if they survive after consuming rat poision n I don’t want to be in more problem

Plz donot give any suggestions what so ever except as required above
