I am not always sure they really are that, but this one certainly seems to be. When I was about 15 I had a cyst in my R breast-quite painful and scary-that was drained with a needle. I probably also got a penicillin shot. Now I am 63 and have been on what appears to be a true simillimum for about 18 months. About 10 days ago, I got a mildly itchy red spot, about the size of a quarter and with a tiny scab of sorts in the middle, at the very place where the cyst was drained almost 50 years ago. It was hard to see how it could have been an insect bite, though it looked like that at first. It is still there, though fading now. At the largest it measures almost 2 inches in diameter and bright red. It is not a bulls-eye-just inflamed-looking. Nothing raised; no pain or soreness or swelling; no involvement of the nipple. At one point it was a bit bluish-red. Gotta be an ROS, doesn't it? I sure do hope so because that would probably mean the 'onion' is getting down to the inside bit.and hopefully nearing the layer of Bipolar disorder! Teresa (in VA) |

about being on " what appears to be a true simillium for 18 months".
As far as I personally am concerned , no one should be on ANY remedy constantly for a period as long as 18 months. As a matter of interest what IS the true simillium? |
