Default Dwarf

Very often I have mothers asking if I can give something in homeopathy to increase the height of their infant sons.

Has anyone actually had any success with inducing an increase in height?

When there is no other complaint, one has to fall back on specifics. I have tried Bar-c, Calc-p, Sul, Syph. etc.

On a number of occasions I have had mothers report that their child, by using homeopathy, is now of average height with his class mates.

Would this be because of the remedies or is it just genes kicking in? Perhaps, helped by the homeopathic remedies?

I have read of homeopathic doctors claiming change of eye colour, hair colour, etc. has anyone had success with height increase?

You might also look at the pituitary (pitu-a, pitu) remedies.

Hello Jeff,

Yes, I have also had parents report that their child's growth has rapidly increased in the months following a homeopathic prescription. Different remedies were used depending on what was indicated by their overall symptom picture, not just a specific for failure to grow. The last child I can recall shot up with Carc. Have also had infants who were growing too rapidly and were WAY too long - growth stopped following a prescription.

I do find for some small children there is a history of respiratory obstruction or the child snoring noisily at night - from adenoids and such (associated remedies spring to mind). Most growth hormone is released during the early stages of sleep and so if this is disturbed or blood oxygen levels reduced it affects the release of this hormone. This can be one reason for reduced growth.

Best regards, Fran
