I have successfully treated Carpel Tunnel Syndrome with Hypericum 200 in the water dose method.
The dosage I used was 1 teaspoonful taken twice daily. If you decide to use this remedy, please report your response on this forum.

I have treated my own carpal tunnel (8 hours of typing a day for 20 years) with smaller doses - either Rhus Tox 30c if it's of a rheumatic nature or chronic, and Hypericum 30c if acute. Both have worked wonders. For typing, I found that putting a folded towel underneath my stronger typing arm (left for me) made a HUGE difference; it supported my elbow and somehow eliminated the shoulder and arm pains I was getting daily.

This is also called the Split Dose method which is detailed below:
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from your nearest supermarket. Pour out 100ml Drop in 3 pellets or 1 drop of liquid remedy into the 400ml water Cap the bottle tightly and succuss it 4-6 times by banging on your palm and look out for the air bubbles to fizzle up from the bottom. Sip 1 teaspoonful of the potentized water which constitutes a dose.

I presume that distilled water may be preferable for the Split Dose method but it is not essential as I discovered when I used boiled tap water many times but did not notice any instance when the remedy did not work. This is the miracle of Homeopathy where all that is necessary is a couple of globules or just 1 drop of the remedy in 400ml water and it potentizes the water every time it is succussed and effects the cure.
An example of the curative effect using just plain water is most strikingly shown when this method was used in the treatment of Asthma, where I have had some striking results in curing a number of cases, some of them of chronic Asthmatics who have been suffering from this ailment, for over 10 years. The remedy that I used was Nat Sulph 6c in 400 ml spring water which was succussed and 1 teaspoonful taken frm the bottle after succussion and stirred into half a cup of tap water from which just 1 teaspoonful is sipped every other day. I do realize that this method of treatment for Asthma sounds incredible but I would like to place on record that this is precisely the treatment that Dr Luc de Schepper used in treating patients suffering from chronic Asthma when he was in Sri Lanka last April. I have followed his therapy and have been successful in helping a number of patients to overcome their chronic Asthma which had caused them so much distress for many years. I have recorded this procedure in some detail to emphasize that this therapy really does work and the patients, some of whom were using Inhalers 4 times daily are now free of their Asthma. Those that were only having the occasional wheeze were cured completely in a few days while the chronic asthmatics have to use the remedy on a standby basis .
