I need help
I'm the long distant homeopath for the Bali crisis center,have just been informed that a 6yr old girl has been bit by a cobra in the night as she was sleeping.
The family took her to a hindu priest asking for help not knowing what to do.
The symptoms are as follows; two punctures,leg swollen like a football,throbbing pain. And its confirmed cobra (it's laying there dead)
She is still alive.....there is a homeopathic box of remdies sent by dr. Leea any suggestions,i'm not familiar with cobra bites.

Echinacea 3X repeated doses every two hours internally and a compress of Echinacea tincture one part and warm water one part is supposed to be effective in snake bites generally. Quite a few cures have been reported by the eclectics in case of snake bites. Echinacea may just work in this case.

For reassurance of the patient use Aconite or Bach Rescue remedy.

Secondly, Ledum 30 is indicated in acute dosing.

But what you really need (perhaps available at a hospital???) is :

Toxicaserpentium 30 (the type especially made for Asia !)

For all parts of the world this remedy is available in different compositions, depending on the different species of snakes living in that particular part of the world. It`s made of all the different poisonous snakes living there. For Indonesia this is 9 different poisonous snakes all represented in the Asian version of Toxicaserpentium !

You told me about the plants you have to make tinctures from. Have you got one or more of these (Indonesian ) plants used to make tinctures from for snake bites :

Rhaphidophora pertus (black pepper) or :

Tacca fatsiifolia (use plant + root) or :

Tacca palmata (also use plant + root )

have never heard of " Toxicaserpentium" But if its a homeopathic remedy i'm sure i can order it here,will neeed to bring it with me on my journey to bali in a few months. The box of homeopathic are verry limited ,50 acute rem sent by Dr. Leea.That they have in the clinic now,will need to add a few important remedies to this collection that apply to this area probably for scorpion as well, i do have Lactodectus Mactans (black widow spider) Homeopathic remedy .(lots of these critters around my house and the canyons around here .
There is an allopathic hospital some distance away but dont know what they have ,prob not much knowing bali. Many nosodes have not made it to the clinic yet as Dr. Mas cannot send his box of homeopathics to indonesia via pakistan,post difficulties from his end.

I use a combo of 7 remedies for instant cold cures - any type of cold/sore throat.

I do hope that the patient has been rushed to a hospital by the time they read this post. Hospitals in snake infested areas usually stock the anti venom and the time factor is very critical in the case of snake bite by a cobra or a viper. The anti venom usually is able to overcome the effect of the snake venom and must be administered as soon as possible.

It is essential that Gloria the person in charge of the Bali Crisis Center is informed that the anti venom must be administered immediately to avoid the patient going into a coma from which she may never recover.

I do not think that there is any hope for the patient if the doctors await the arrival of Homeopathic remedies as it may be too late by that time.
