Default Dear Hans EGEBO

Dear Hans Egebo

Hans EGEBO has quoted extensively from postings I made on the otherhealth.com discussion board in his article published under his copyright on his site.

He has never approached my for permission to do so.
I never gave permission to use this material in the manner he uses it.

He took these postings out of the context, to suit his own interpretations.

He deleted my surname, but printed my Christian name on occasions, and the source of quotations.

This makes it a personal matter to me.

I herewith state, that these postings were taken out of context and do not represent my views.

Anyone who wishes to find out the true nature of them is welcome to read them up in their original surrounding.

Hans EGEBO was personally invited to visit me in my clinic with full access to files and folders, so that he can see first hand for himself. At the time he backed out, and declined to inspect the evidence himself.

He seems to prefer to call me a lier, than to face the facts.

As far as I am concerned, the patient in question remains in good health.
I herewith withdraw the invitation from Hans EGEBO.

Furthermore, I ask Hans EGEBO herewith categorically to withdraw all material, which is my mental property expressed by my signiture from his site.

I'm afraid you cant trust any one in these money driven times .

Prof Kent once said , never trust a homeopath who wishes to make either reputation or money.

For some reason, administrators have decided to remove most of this thread. However, I find it reasonable to reiterate my replies to Hans Weitbrecht.

Under the "fair use" rule it is not a breach of copyright to cite parts of other's material for purpose of reference, education, or criticism. Actually, my only legal mistake was in not citing Hans Weitbrecht's name, which I should ideally have done. I apologize for this omission, the only purpose of which was to make the critisicm I levelled general, instead of personal.

He took these postings out of the context, to suit his own interpretations.

I did my best to explain the context, and provided the source (which is the legally correct thing to do) so readers could ascertain the correct context. I deleted HW's entire name and did not print his christian name (although mine happens to be the same, which might cause confusion)

This makes it a personal matter to me.

I herewith state, that these postings were taken out of context and do not represent my views.

Since I found some of the postings extremely unethical, I am glad you say this.

Anyone who wishes to find out the true nature of them is welcome to read them up in their original surrounding.

*snip*

Furthermore, I ask Hans EGEBO herewith categorically to withdraw all material, which is my mental property expressed by my signiture from his site.

I have done that according to your wish.
Hans
