Even personally , on occasion.

A few years ago I was trying (not very successfully) to better understand Pineal, and here is some material I've saved. Maybe more over the next little while... Note at the end of this one, a list of "associated remedies". (Do post whatever else you find out about the remedy??)

Pineal Gland

Produces melatonin. Seratonin in anti-depressants. people who are on amytritiliyn - it inhibits the bladder, blocks pineal gland.

Self knowledge - Insight. Connected spiritually.
Light and Dark - Light sensative. SAD - effects from dark.
