Default torn ACL question

Had operation for a torn ACL in 1997 then rehabilitation. I'm fine except my favorite exercise is climbing stairs. After 2-3 weeks of climbing stairs (about 20 flights in apt. building-all together spread out thru different times of the day), my knee is shot. It would take months before I could climb that many stairs again. Can homeopathy help this condition?

THANKS for all your help so far.

passkey has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Default Info

Need more . Which knee is worse . How is your short term memory. How is your eye condition. I would say that doing that amount of stair climbing after such an op is . to say the least , unwise.
Basic priciple of athletics is to ease slowly back into exercise .
It may be that you need to use homeopathy to repair the damage you have done.
