Could someone give me an idea of the healing process with a prolapsed uterus? This is my first case of that condition. Apparently she had this before, but didn't tell me. I was treating her for a stubborn eyelid rash that had been treated suppressively. After a lack of progress I gave psorinum 1M and her uterus prolapsed completely after about 3 weeks. I have given sepia, which helped the bearing-down sensation and frequent urge to urinate, but after 2 weeks there seemed to be other symptoms and there was no improvement in the prolapse. Did I give enough time for the sepia to work? From what I've read, one case showed improvement in just a few days while another said in a few weeks, the prolapse was cured. So I'm a little confused about what to look for as an indication the remedy is really addressing the prolapsus. Can anyone shed some light? Thanks |

The rash was , presumably, the tip of the iceberg. Constitutional treatment was and is required . Having arrived where we are by means of psorinum the obvious [to me] course is to use Sulphur , because Sul complements Psor according to Clarke . Although it might be best to do a miasmatic study , it seems that the picture is probably 'muddied ' now.One possibility is to use the old remedy Thlaspi Bursa Pastoris - of which I keep a supply , and have used infrequently. Might be worth a study. Also there is also the possibility that Sepia may need to be used low [3x] .
