Hope you don't mind asking a question for me which is that I had a slipped disk some years ago, very painful. I have some back problems now, not as bad as before, but still uncomfortable. I am planning to see a mctimoney chiropracter tomorrow if I can get an appointment and am taking aconite 30 and rhus tox 12, plus nurofen which I would prefer not to take. Should I replace Nurofen with Arnica for the pain?

I don't want it to escalate to last time when I was off sick for six weeks!
