I also have lecture notes from Stephen Silver (the notes say he is a practising homeopath of 20 + years and is/was Chairman of the Immune Development Trust in London, England, and he treats many with HIV and ids).

The notes are very interesting, mainly about case management and give case examples.

I have no idea where I got these notes from but a google search should provide something for those interested.

I'm very sorry I don't have it on disk and I lent my copy to that person who always promises to return books faithfully. Strange that no one can ever remember who it is!

What I can remember from it mat not be accurate but: Jonathan saw many patients at the lighthouse in LOndon. he didn't see them over a long enough period to do long term follow ups but the short term results he got for the immediate presenting symptoms were clear, if not spectacular.

He had a propensity for using multiple prescription methodology, and got dramatic results ( with overt Sx or T cell count)

One of the reviewers of his book made the point that they knew of many instances where Homeopaths got excellent results from 'classical' homepathy and didn't see the need to resort to multiple prescribing. This list will probably sympathise wit that view . whether they were dealing with patients at the same stage of illness or not is unknown. What is known is that Jonathan got spectacular results. Funding ran out which is why he stopped there. I have lost touch with him so in case anyone is interested , no I don't have his email.

This method of prescribing is common in India. They ascribe this method to JAmes C. Burnett.
Probably also some sort of "antimiasmatic" prescribing.
I don't see how it can possibly cure in the long term though.

Pointed taken and granted. But there's a lot of *frustration* involved too. If you've been mishandled by a series of allopaths who believe they know everything and you know nothing--and that your experience as YOU *counts* as nothing--and/or have seen your friends, family, clients, whatever, going through the same meatgrinder . . . while at the same time being refused any alternative medicine by your local NHS gang (which is still the case in a lot of areas--or someone manages to hammer it through and the doctors refuse to cooperate) or national insurance company or other medical, ie allopathic, system who 'know' it's all nonsense--it gets very hard NOT to be a trifle negative.

Do you mean, after using pc1 the AIDS virus was killed. That's great news.

What does PC1 stand for? I use PC1 for Project Copy (First copy of project)

Q: How does PC1 work?
A: Based on the homeopathic principle of "like cures like", it acts to inform the immune system as to how to manage and control the virus. PC1 does change the ability of the immune system to effectively manage the HIV virus.

If pc1 is based on similia principle then thiss means proving of the medicine was also carried out? Some basic material was also in use?

By "recovered", it's meant that all of their AIDS-related symptoms disappeared, and they became well (no doubt within the limits of their situation! -- And yes, it's great news!)

PC1 is the designation that Peter Chappel has given to the first remedy that he has developed by his ("new" and mysterious") method.
