i would like to discuss the remedies that are effective in removing the vaccinial taint (particularly small pox).

kent mentions thuja as an antidote for all types of vaccines but vithoulkas says that it is a specific antidote for small pox only.

i have a case with me with many constitutional troubles. this case has been treated by 3 other homeopaths, with partial cure. a detailed investigation revealed that small pox vaccine is the cause of the trouble.
the grandfather and g'mother are sick, the father is very sick and the grandson (a young man, the patient) is very very sick. they have all had small pox shots. the shots "took" the max with the g'father and the least with the patient - the g'son. the patient is 36 years old.

i checked with the other homeopaths and they told me :- he has received thuja (upto CM) by 2 other homeopaths - twice. severe aggravation and rashes on neck appeared each time. his sleep and paraphimosis improved but full cure did not happen. later one other homeopath tried to give thuja again in LMs - only aggr and no cure. the patient was also given silicea high. medorrh failed ( has produced only aggr and burning in urethra.) sulphur has also failed.

patient has a weak memory and prone to anxiety. he is worried that he may get diabetes.(his father and g'father have it). the chief complaint of the patient is "syrupy urine - like sugar solution. with sweet smell"
reddish eruptions on foreskin. sexual desire high. prone to insomnia and anxiety. cough and cold tendency. high thirst. all the typical mental and physical symptoms of sycosis miasm except warts / condylomata.

the patient's sister has nocturnal enuresis and his brother is a mental patient. patient's uncle has chronic sneezing (25 - 100 times a day) for 10 years. diabetic father and g'father. g'father had cerebral stroke.
years ago - g' mother was admitted to a mental asylum for some time and given " treatment " (electric shock ?).

here the case seems to be the bad effects of vaccination *genetically inherited*. is it same as the rubric "supressed gonorrhoea" or
" vaccination - after " or " vaccination - bad effects". ?

here this seems more the bad effects of small pox vaccination - which is inherited than the bad effects due to / after the vaccine shot.
again, thuja, medorrh, silicea, sulphur have failed.

the case is confused and a clear constitutional similimum was not found. strictly speaking thuja, medorrh or sil. are not his constitutional remedies. however, thuja did give partial relief and eruptions appeared on the neck.

i have looked at all the remedies in the thuja family - sabina, juniperis etc and they don't seem to fit either.

any suggestions ?

is vaccinium / variolinum effective in inherited vaccinosis or are they specific for vaccinosis after the shot ?

what about malandrinum ?

I saw a 14 week old child today with eczema on chest, arms and legs. it started after his first vaccination 5 weeks ago and he had a further vaccination last week. Mum was breast feeding but stopped 4 weeks before the first vaccination so we can't really blame the bottle feeding. He is a healthy , happy child, but VERY restless. He does scratch the eczema which shows that it is itching. His skin feels dry and raised and looks red. He also has cradle cap. I have prescribed mezerium 6. We shall see if it does anything!!
