Subject: Re: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome As far as Adjuncts are concerned It really has to be individualised, CFS covers such a wide range: -don't use too many therapies at the same time Look to food sensitivities, try excluding the most common, but no really restrictive diets. Check deficiencies and don't over do the supplements Eat warm food, get a simple TCM book on eating for damp conditions (most are in my experience) Avoid stimulatnts obviously ( alc, canned drinks, coffee etc) Do chi-kung if possible. Human contact, understanding & and relaxation + Excercise at 25% max of ability Occupy the mind- very important- excursions (sitting), sunlight- reading easy to read books-not too much TV or computers (saps the energy) Give them time to aquire the energy to address the problem Regards, Simon King |
