Is there a reson why THIOSINAMINUM is not available in Europe (Germany, helios and ainswoths inUK and AUSTRIA) BELOW THE 6X POTENCY?

In the USA it is sold OTC even in 3x.

If that is the case why not order it from a lab in the USA? This would resolve them problem would it not?
