62 yr old female who has always been fit and well other than being poisoned by Aluminium 23 yrs ago and neiher the Homeopath who diagnosed that or another highly regarded one has been able to stop the extreme allergy to the metal hence i try to avoid it in all its forms like the plague or i suffer digestive disturbance , flitting joint/nerve pains or total inability to drop off to sleep and at times gallbladder pain which Chelidonium will normally address

Supposedly Pulsatilla is my constitutional remedy according to 1st fantastic homeopath (sadly now deceased)but 2nd one would never tell me what she gave me and despite several visits i felt no real benefit

15months ago i slipped awkwardly on my stairs and managed to sustain a Smiths fracture to my right wrist and a badly sprained left ankle
Immediately took Aconite for the shock and Arnica for the injuries

The wrist was fixed by a superb surgeon and i bounced back so fast from the anaesthetic thanks to nux vomica that i left hospital next morning and was discharged in just 3 weeks regaining full mobility etc in my wrist

The Ankle was X Rayed and supposedly nothing broken and i was careful to stay off it as much as poss /strap it up and take arnica
It was painful ( pulled muscle/tendon type of soreness) on the outer edge forward of the ankle bone and similarily but not so severely on inner edge fwd of ankle bone

It was about 3 weeks before the worst of that cleared and only if i did a lot of walking would i get a twinge out of either side

On holiday in late June I noticed a lump appear on the outer edge fwd of the ankle ........its firm and hard but no pain
Am waiting for X Ray report but GP says its soft tissue inflammation of the
Talar Navicular Joint due to ? underlying Osteo Arthritis

Currently theres no pain/discomfort or loss of flexion /mobility from my Ankle just the unsightly lump
I honestly do not think i have Arthritis
Anyone any ideas on what i could take to deal with this problem

Cannot think of any event that suddenly triggered the lump appearing and in fact had thought oh good no more twinges if i walk too far

Obviously I need to find a really good Homeopath but that will take time

Aconite always works if I feel about to go down with a cold
Arnica has always prevented bruising etc
Nux Vomica or Chelidonium for gastric /gall bladder problems

North East winds and draughts find me yet otherwise i am happy working out in the garden suitably dressed in all weathers

Like to travel but just as happy to stay home and have a myriad of craft hobbies like beading and embroidery to fill my time

I like things reasonably tidy but can also if busy live in a muddle till i have time to have a blitz definitely not a "do the housework every day person"
I do not suffer fools gladly ,quite capable of unintentionally saying the wrong thing and upsetting someone ,find extreme heat intolerable ,like to be warm but not overheated or cold
Prefer fresh fruit and salads to cooked/hot food
Not a fan of spicy or greasy fatty foods but always eat cheese ,milk etc
Instantly spot things others would miss ( dirty marks ,defects,changes )

Love to wear nice clothes except of course in the garden
Only sleep flat on my stomach
Very much an all or nothing person

case analysis:
extrovert and artistic person
sleep position abdomen
aversion to fat

plz take SULPHUR - 200 single dose and wait for 3 wks. your ailment will subside and will follow by cough and coryza as per Hering's Law of cure.
dont take medicine for any subsequent illness otherwise it will lead to suppression of disease.

I only have Sulphur 30c to hand

So trust that will suffice for now ........it would take a week to get hold of 200c

took a Sulphur 30c yesterday afternoon
this morning ring around ankle but only above ankle bones is aching

(I do not remember this area hurting/aching after the fall )

pain like a knot in stomach (solar plexus ) this morning on waking

good, have patience. you may get symptoms of acidity, but dont treat. ok.

I can have patience when required especially if it means a return to full health .
I am terrified of not being able to be active or in constant pain or not to be able to use my hands ...........for me that would not be a life worth living
maybe even fixing my allergy to Aluminium will be possible if you are that good at Homeopathy

I am extremely practical and have immense patience with things like beading and embroidery,gardening etc but absolutely none for people who are stubborn,selfish or who do not look beyond the end of their nose and incapable of seeing whats staring them in the face

just a note;
symptoms that are 'new'-never had before,are indicators of wrong remedy.You should nOt be feeling "New symptoms when taking a hom. remedy. (proving)

when a proper healing happens you should feel symptoms that were 'old' -had them before in it's reverse order "Herings Law of cure" its called in Homeopathics.

Since you are in the UK why not make an appt with one of the Best classical Homeopaths in the world "Dr. S.K. Banerjea" In the London area.And have a proper in person casetaking done that can be monotored daily/weekly/monthly.

I cannot 100% say that symptoms of aching above ankle bone were new
my short term memory for all the effects of my fall are not the best thanks to the damage done by Aluminium 20+ years ago

(My original homeopath would give Sulphur to clear the picture )

I will see what i can do about getting an appointment with Dr Banerjee
especially if he truly is the best in the world

It will take time for me to organise it so that will give chance for the sulphur to act

Had a glass of what should have been an OK red wine with dinner at 6pm and on going to bed at midnight could not sleep .......landed up birping all night but thats not unusual for me if something has been tainted by Aluminium or sulphites

I am aware of your warning about acid and a cough /coryza
