I refuse to read all of this stuff due to the entanglements involved, but Gina is absolutely right. You can't tell heads or tails about patients who self-medicate with our drugs, and only a fool would accept a patient who takes combination drugs. You'll only produce the symptoms of those drugs per the Law of Similars. Poisoning is not cure, so don't do it.

I believe that Chamomilla might be the answer. Can anyone tell me what potency to give him, or is there something better suited?
There's no case here, but the bit about telling stories to try to impress you is indicative of Lycopodium, as are the rest of them in children. Staphysagria is probably just as close given no differential symptoms. Try Lyc. in 12c through a few doses (say, one a day for three days), each time slightly modifying it by [dilution and succussion and then] diluting a tablespoon of [that] it in water and stirring. Feed it to him in his dinner meal. At the most, he'll want to make like Bill Clinton (oh, my God!) for a few days if it's not his drug. "Mommy, I wanna be a used-car salesman and sell total hokum to everyone." "Yeah, sure thing, son. Drink some more of this water, and we'll see if your head explodes." If that doesn't work in say a week or 10 days -- and believe me, you'll know if it's a good thing because all of the cra* will stop -- try Staphysagria in the same way. "Mommy, I wanna be an actor and make bad movies and then grow up to tell people what to do so that they all hate me other than the fools who envy tyrants. How does that sound?" "Sure thing, son. Take some more of this water, and we'll talk about it tomorrow."

You never know. Snap-shot prescriptions can work. It's better if you get a handle on the responsibilities of homeotherapeutics, but this might settle your problems for quite some time. If one of them works, you simply up the potency [to the next major potency] after a long lapse of time and find it's still needed. Can you judge that, though? Who cares, though, huh? You just want the monster to get out of your kid's body and leave you alone, right? It could work. I'll cross my fingers for you. If that doesn't work, kick him in the butt by making him go to work. Kid's today are spoiled, and I suppose they should be as kids, but we're talking about a teenager, right? Oh, my God! Why do they grow horns? Kick him in the butt, literally. "Mom, why'd ya kick me in the butt?" "Because you're being a butthead, Jethro. I got you a job washing dishes, and you're going to do it. Santa doesn't give candy canes to bad little boys. You guys just get rocks. Don't make me give you a bunch of rocks this year, okay? Find out what it is to earn a living." One of the two will work, and the latter will be good for him either way. You owe me 86-million gazillion dollars. Give me a flying saucer next life and we'll consider the debt paid. What fun, huh?

Lyc. or Staph., I'd bet a buck on it.

Editorial Note: I edited it a bit two weeks later but put them in brackets as a courtesy to those who'd already read it. They seemed important.

You said:
"He had reflux as a baby." What does that mean? Esophageal constriction in a child? Is that possible? The names of diseases are totally meaningless and are often more than confusing. What does that mean? Did he throw-up, gag, wretch, what? State it in detail and tell everything about it, esp. how it was modified for the better or worse (modalities). Location, sensation/pain, modalities and concommitants. See the Hierarchy of Symptoms at the discussion titled . . . sorry, couldn't find it, but it's one of my recent posts.

That’s not the only entry for it, either. My point is that details would help if this is what you actually meant. I doubt that, though.
