Lumpectomy Looking For Homeopathy Pain Relief

I am having a large fibroadenoma removed from my right breast (non cancerous) and i also have fibromyalgia so pain is a major concern. I am thinking of using arnica before and after surgery on the breast where the lump is but wondering if there is anything else i might take.
