Autopathy

Has anyone on here ever tried Autopathy? I just found out about it recently.
You use the persons own saliva in homeopathic potency as the remedy. I made up a 130C remedy for myself, took one dose, and got an extremely strong aggravation. Actually it was much too strong and I wish I would have started somewhere more like 6C and worked up. It's only been 3 weeks since I took it so I'm not sure if it will have any benefit. Has anyone else ever tried anything like this?
