Dear all, I haven't been on for a while now. Wonder if you could help with a long term Carc patient who is having hot flushes. Sulph helped for a couple of years but now that her periods have stopped altogether, the hot flushes have got worse and Sulph doesn't help anymore. Both Lach and Sepia given after have also not helped and I am at my wits end!

Ss include : hot flushes every two hours, surging feeling from feet to back, chest and face. The surging feeling is a strong symptom that wakes her in the night. She is exhausted as a result of no sleep.

Sweaty mainly around the chest.
Any clues?!

I think you should consult good classical homeopath, which does not prescribe for the disease but who prescribe for the man. He has to consider disease symptoms as well as mind, physical general and also miasm and after that he should prescribe for your hot flush.
