I would like to know if there is a way to convert or use Hyland's Silicea #12 30X as an equivelent to a single dose Silicea 200C?
I have chronic fatigue, depression and fibromyalgia symptoms. I also have a lot of trouble concentrating and am always in a fog. The single dose of Silica was recommended to me and I know very little about dosaging. HELP

Its best to just buy the correct potency,or have your practicioner make it for you.

Your homeopath should of explained all the details to you regards dispensing/potency/succussions/repetition

If you are doing this via "Self medication" I dont recomend it for the chronic complex symptoms you have posted. Its not that simplistic
