Dear Flower
Homeopathy is more complex than "one pill for all",each person might need a different remedy for the same symptoms. But what I can suggest is keep an eye on your PH levels (acid +alkaline levels)
Foods+drinks that cause too much acid also cause this ulcer type symptom. These foods are: red meats, alcohols, dairy, sugars, breads, bakery items,sodas,coffee..........(stop these)..................A pinch of Bentonite clay or baking soda in your water will reduce this acidity .

Default re ulcer advice

Thank you Gina for the advice,
I have eliminated most acids except for fish, eggs , rice and quinoa. I have candida and can not eat a lot of carbs, so I have no choice but to eat a certain way
But i would still like to know if I should take the shuessler salt, nat phos, before or after meals to help with the acid?

look up "bentonite clay" using google
it works like a charm.

If you use Nat phos repeatedly you will cause a 'proving' to hapen, and that you dont want.

You should nOT BE EATING ANY CARBS.No bakery items,no bread,no cookies ,no candy, sweets, pastries, donuts.

Candida is a side effect caused by antibiotics/cortizones/steriods/birth controll pills. No dairy,no sugars,no carbs, not even a little bit- these feed the candida. Each time you take more antibiotics you get more candida. This will breakdown your immune system.

info on homeopathy/other holistic healing that wont cause candida

Candida is actually a mold which inhabits the body, generally arising in the colon. However, the word "yeast infection" is generally used to refer to when the candida mold has grown out of control, (due to a compromised immune system, use of antibiotics, refined sugar, chlorinated water, and alcohol use), and begun to create harmful effects within the body. Thus to say, "I think I have a candida or yeast infection," would mean that you have an overgrowth of the candida or yeast mold. The Candida mold feeds off of the food that you eat, especially sugars and starches. This takes away from the nutrients you need to survive. The mold then begins to produce it's own waste products. These wastes are toxic to the system and cause many of the sicknesses and diseases which plagues the population today. Antibiotics are a common cause of Candida. Antibiotics destroy both harmful bacteria and good bacteria. When antibiotics destroy friendly bacteria it gives the Candida a chance to begin to multiply. Anyone who has been treated with antibiotics for acne, major dental work or any condition where antibiotic use has been frequent, more than 1 course of 7-10 days, is a prime Candidate for Candida.
