For what it's worth, I believe Cerium is a good remedy for this condition, especially if there are problems with the spine and painful muscles. The patient's symptoms would determine if it is Cerium Metallicum or a Cerium salt. I wouldn't go over a 30c, though, to begin with, as this is a strong remedy.

In Murphy's Repertory I found:

Amyotrophic, lateral sclerosis
arg-n., ars., cupr., hyper., kali-p., lach., lath., merc., phos., PLB., sec., sep., sulph.
softening of spinal cord, with- arg-n., cupr., hyper., lath., plb.

I only have had a case like this, and it was my first case. I wasn't able to ride this case and after three years, my friend died. I tried -based in his symptoms- with Plumbum Met 6CH, Arsenicum Album 6CH, and Lathyrus. No improving was detected.
I suspect -as the manuals repeat untiredly- that degenerative and genetic illnesses has no solution by homeopathic medicines, only paliation.

Here ..salivation , Difficulty swallowing ,are the marked and important to check,pt. is detoriating Problem is that two months back the pt came under treatment and after careful observatio responded with kali bi and arg nit but even after improvement he switched to some other docor failing again came to me

So is there nothing that can be done for this horrible disease???
