Of course I think every help is welcome! ...and he has been very difficult to waken since he was a child (as his mother told me), but it can be worse from time to time. He even sweats a lot during sleep. [This message has been edited by vonSachsen (edited 01 April 2000).] Last edited by vonSachsen; 15th April 2007 at 09:18 PM. |

Hello Von Sachsen,
as far as I know, K stands for Korsakoff. This fellow devised a method by which the liquid (or solvent)of the previous potency is discarded, leaving just one drop of the solvent on the walls of the mixing vial. New solvent is then added to the vial and succussed (or shaken) to arrive at the next higher potency. This process can be repeated ad infinitum with just one and the same vial. Just imagine the savings in labour and cost when compared to the Hahnemannian Method whereby a new (and sterile) vial must be used for each step! Of course, some traditionalists would debate such practice and it is not within the scope of this reply to enter into the pros and cons. K 200 (or CK 200)would denote the Korsakoff Method of preparation of the remedy, whereas C 200 (or CH 200) would indicate the Hahnemannian Method. Regards, Gernot |

I am not trying to be smart, I just want to learn when I ask you what leads you to Natr mur? I should perhaps tell you, that he is the most extroverted creature I´ve ever met. He is also an optimist, a bit naive, and he does get hurt, but he just rises up again and tries his wings again. He is like a pitbull...Doesn´t give up. He LOVES salt, just as much as SUGAR. Does it change the picture? Thanks for your time ![]() |
